1. One Task at a Time Rule

You can submit as many tasks as you like — we’ll queue them and work through them in order. We’ll work on one active task at a time, giving each request the focused attention it deserves. This ensures you get high-quality work with thoughtful execution, not rushed or overlooked details.

2. Task Scope

Each task should be something that can be completed within a day. Larger projects like websites or funnels will be broken down into clear, manageable phases. This helps keep your projects on track and makes sure everything is delivered efficiently and with care.

3. Turnaround Time Clarity

Most tasks are completed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends), depending on complexity. You’ll always know when to expect your deliverables — clear, predictable timelines that respect your schedule.

5. Monthly Use, No Rollovers

Please submit tasks during your active month—unused subscription won’t carry over to the next one. This way, you always get up-to-date, timely support every billing cycle.

How do I send a task to the team?

After a quick onboarding call, you’ll get a private ClickUp Board (plus WhatsApp access if you prefer). Drop each request—screenshots, links, or loom videos welcome—and we’ll pick it up from there.

Who actually works on my tasks?

A small, in-house team of specialists (design, tech, marketing, ops) overseen by an experienced project manager. No subcontract roulette, no disappearing freelancers.

How fast will I see the first results?

Your task board is set up within one business day of sign-up, and the very first request usually lands back in your inbox within 24–48 business hours.

Do I have to wait the full 24–48 hours for every task?

No. That window is our maximum target for standard requests. Many quick wins—caption tweaks, image swaps, link fixes, simple graphics—are often turned around the same business day. Larger or more complex tasks simply take longer, but you’ll always see an estimated completion time as soon as we review your request.

Can I ask for revisions?

Absolutely. If something isn’t quite right, leave comments on the task card and we’ll adjust until it matches your vision.

Which platforms and tools do you support?

Is my business data secure?

Yes. We sign an NDA, use password-manager hand-offs, and follow strict data-access protocols so only the assigned team member sees your assets.

What happens if I’m away or don’t have tasks for a while?

Every Founding Member gets one complimentary pause—up to 30 days—to cover vacations or busy seasons. After that month, the plan auto-cancels. If you decide to return later, you’re welcome back at the current public rate; continuous members keep the Founder’s pricing, but it doesn’t carry over after a pause. Your ClickUp board will be safely archived and re-activated when you rejoin.

How do I cancel if it’s not for me?

No hard feelings. Send a written request at least one week before renewal, and your plan will close at the end of the billing cycle—no extra fees, no lock-in.
